This is the mail I wrote to them, just for the sake of writing(the stars above should be counted negative, they do not deserve even a single positive star):
I shipped an item as a trial order, and must say that you guys are pretty much pathetic at sending the product to the recipient. Later when I was searching for your customtakeouter care number, I then found out that web forums are filled with cases of such idiotic and lunatic services from your end. your Director Mr. Amit, feels he is too busy to entertain any clients, I am thankful that I used your service, at once just for trial, had I sent all the packages using your services, poof, I would have just incurred losses.
I am sure, this mail I am writing won’t be read by anyone, but lets say, for the sake of satisfaction, and sake of addressing some retards, it is just an effort.
Somehow if you guyz realize that something is really wrong, and you need to help your clients, feel free to reach me, unlike you, I attend to all my calls
