Myself, Ms. Rubina, Personal Secretary to Mr. Gupta-Managing Director LIBERTY LEATHERS Karnal, being a customer of BLAZEFLASH COURIERS LIMITED since 7 years, wants to share my personal experience.
You cannot send Gas Cylinders through courier, but once during shifting from Karnal to Delhi, I requested their senior Officer Mr. Amit Gupta and Mr. Amit gave me the No. of Mr. Pankaj Mehra 9216170416. I discussed with him and then both the cylinders were at my house in Vikaspuri. I have 4 courier companies working in our factory in Karnal i.e. LIBERTY SHOES but such a personalised courier service to their customer is basically their speciallity and I was impressed with their staff dealing and attitude. Their chairman Mr. S D Aggarwal also very helpful socially, this thing I came to know through press media and TV media.
Now all my directors even for their personal couriers like wedding and invitation cards of their son and family members specially courier through Blazeflash
Courier in my view is not a mere service basically it is now our multi purpose tasking service provider. Once I used this Blazeflash to send Flowers to my husband and they purchased special flower basket from Delhi and delivered well in time. This is not called Courier, this is called something else and we require this type of service person or provider.
We should be careful for choosing the Courier company since all our mails are precious to us and if any important mail somehow misplaced by courier, we can ask them to resend or they can also give us its remittance.
In my view they are the best!
