This courier company is worst among their competitors even there are still many brother and sister of this pathetic courier service.Their service is worst than the Govt. postal service. I do not know how the hell this company is surviving.
A good courier service should have a well timely managed online tracking system but some of them like BlazeFlash provide you the well managed frustrating experience. Do not even try them to send your important parcels or documents. Once you send means you made a mistake and nothing comes and if what comes is just Greek and Latin for you when you track online. How the hell their people enter data into the system , they must be sleeping all the time.
Now come to the well nonsense customer care, they even do not know how to talk and behave. When you call them you found their fone always engaged or switched off. If by luck you got the executive they will tell you oops! our net is slow or not working. Possibility they tell you yes it’s arrived here and you’ll get it by this evening!! HELL do not trust them.
I’ve sent my Sentinel Zero mouse for RMA via FedEx and it was reached Delhi from Lucknow in less than 24 Hours, Amazing this is call a great service.
Govt should cancel their License but why they do so! they are getting good amount of tax from them. Who cares for public.
I will not RECOMMEND THIS BLAZEFLASH to anyone. Spend bit more money say 100 or 150 in a good courier service like Aramex/FedEx/DHL etc and have rest at home with no frustration or tension.
