A document was sent to me from Agra vide Receipt No.194669168 on 5th Jan. and it was delivered to me after 5 days on January 10, 2012, while it was assured at the time booking that delivery would be made next day or latest by 7th January, 2012, that too after many phone calls to their Agra, Delhi and Bangalore offices.
When I pointed out the delay to the Delivery Man his simple reply was " You should have chosen big Co. like’Blue Dart’ for timely delivery"
