Blind assassin

It’s a wonderful book. Solid example of post-postmodern fiction and the impact of time, context, and perspective on understanding ( or misunderstanding) the written word. I’m not personally familiar with the Canadian historical backdrop, but it largely did not impede my understanding or enjoyment of the narrative( s) . The mystery and slow unfolding definitely kept the pages turning, and I am left wanting more, despite it having a very clean-and-tidy conclusion.
