Beware of Fraud by Blinkit
Blinkit is Modifying Ordered Items after Pre-Payment
So they Display an item, you pay for it,
and after the payment they place order for the unchosen inferior item
which was not even listed on their App.
Delivery guy marks it delivered before even handing over the order to you.
Blinkit says they delivered what was ordered,
and deliberately turn blind-eye to the fact that it is not what was ordered,
It is what they marked as ordered.
And the fraud and cheating is further propelled by their third class customer support.
Fraud and Cheating is running through the very DNA of the Company and its Executives.

While ordering Blinkit app showed Whiskas Mackeral Flavour(Dry Kitten Food) unto while making the payment of Rs 1149, but after payment it automatically changed it to cheap and inferior Ocean Fish Flavour, and the same Blinkit app is fraudulently showing in the Order History!
In fact, while ordering Whiskas dry kitten food there was no option for Ocean Fish 1.1 kg packs!
I had provided snapshots to Blinkits Twitter, Instagram, SocialSupport@blinkit.com,
grievance.officer@blinkit.com and info@blinkit.com, to no avail.
Snapshots show that while ordering, there was only Mackeral 1.1 kg pack that was available, and I ordered three of them, and made a pre-payment via UPI.
After payment when I noticed that the app was showing Ocean Fish Flavour, I tried to cancel, but there was no such option. There was furthermore no option in in-app chat to communicate the issue, furthermore no customer care support number.
Note that this has been an act of fraud and cheating as per Bhartiya Nyaya Sahita sec. 318 and Sales of Good Act sec 14-16, and further an Unfair Trade Practice and Fraud under Consumer Protection Act 2019.
When the delivery guy came, he by himself marked the order delivered even before I could come downstairs to talk to him and collect or reject the delivery.
He then dialed, via his phone, to the Delivery Manager Mr. Ryan Khan(+91-701158xxxx) to whom I explained the issue, who said he was driving and shall get the right packets to me in an hour, and then later asked me to share complaint, and then just ghosted.
Your Twitter team says that since they have delivered what I ordered there is no issue with the order.
They deliberately turn their blind eye to the fact that I did not order what they are fraudulently showing as my order. In fact that was not even an option to order!
So you can see throughout the conduct of Blinkit from app to support has been fraudulent.
Already lodged a complaint with National Consumer Helpline Docket no 7107436.
Because of Blinkits fraud, I had to order Mackeral food for my kittens from Amazon,
and thus now I demand my full Refund.
