Grofers has picked up quite fast in the Indian market but it must understand that just receiving millions of funding is not going to build their brand. Well, after my experience with them I am sure that I am never going to order with them.
The packed goods were normal(it has to be) since they are sealed from the company itself but the open goods like fruits were horrible. It was far from eating quality and it seemed like they are dumping the rotten and low quality goods. Also, they provided me 50/- off coupon on my next purchase to make up for their mistake. As if if am trusting them again!
Grofers is just proving that a hyper local business has never worked in India and it is nor going to work again. HANDPICKED items incomparable when it comes to these companies. Don’t trust them but trust yourself, get out once a week and get quality eatables in true sense.
