Yesterday someone have hacked my Blinkit account and ordered items for 25000 using 4 orders in 2 minutes span. Address which was delivered in Delhi where I’ve never ever been visited in my life and even I don’t know the contact who ordered it.
Blinkit customer care executive informing that there was a secondary mobile number was added and it was delivered to that contact with the address they created. When I asked about why they didn’t contacted me as primary number holder to check if this new address and new number known to me or not, they said they won’t do such checks. What the hell process they follow?
All the payment was processed through Simpl(pay later) account and it seems Blinkit and Simpl are in partner for such scams.
Be careful and away from these apps.
