In the above mail Grofers has committed the delivery will be done in night but below paragraph is the actuality.
Till 8:36PM there was no delivery but I got a call from+91-7975791094 saying that delivery will be done before 9:00AM. There were millions of excuses made by person on the call for not delivering the order. Somehow I made him agree to that he was lying but he went onto insisting that I should believe in him and he will deliver the order by 9:00AM tomorrow.
At 10:00PM I tried reaching Kunal Majumdar, but since then he is just escaping. This is what I suggested him -

Sorry to say this, but, you should close down Grofers, that too immediately. Dealing with you is waste of time. You are so incapable that you fail to make a delivery in entire day. After 12 hours of placing an order, committing to me in writing to make the delivery - because you claimed it was on its way, giving false hopes for whole day - wasting my time and putting my planning off track, and in the end your personnel makes a call from+91 79-75791094 to make millions of excuses for not making the delivery. All these signs are of failure and I am sure it is near for you.
Have you eaten my money? I am done with Grofers forever in my first and last order. Be rest assured, your app will be uninstalled with a review of 1 star rating and having copy of this mail on both Play/App store.
Your personnel+91 79-75791094 is not even answering my call when I asked him to put his mAnasultanger on conference, he vaished. You may prefer escapism but I dont and I will spread the word around, including this interaction. It will have a broadcast on my office email server.

The tomorrow has arrived, infact it is 60% gone already and I am still trying to make a contact with Loafer, sorry, I meant Grofers. I just now sent a threatening email to Kunal Majumdar and that has resulted in a call from(probably) the delivery man, who, suddenly, has forgotten all the languages of Bharat(India) -

Why are you so unprofessional? Do you not have courtesy to reply to email from customer? Do you ever got any kind of training about customer handling while on roles in Redstone Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd? Do you have any idea what you are getting into legally? This is a mental torture where in prima facie you have eaten up my money amounting to cheating and exactly this is what I resort into at 6:31PM today. I will register an FIR against the founders, also I will take this matter to consumer court.
