My nightmare started when I made order on grofers app on Sunday 3-Mar-16 for evening delivery. The order was rescheduled 6 times in 4 days and finally they cancelled order without any intimation. For 4 days my order was not delivered though I had paid by Online payment in advance.
This caused lot of issue for me to arrange for groceries and veggies at last moment. On top the customer service is totally not helpful and always gives different reason for non-delivery. Worst of the lot for online grocery service.
