Today, I am here to write my worst experience with online grocery shopping site’Grofers.com’. I have placed an order on Grofers.com for more than a week ago and that was my first order. I have placed an order for more than INR 500 just to test the quality of the products and type of service they provide to their customers.
After I placed my order, I kept waiting for a long time without any notification or alert. After around 24 hours, I came to know that my order was canceled as the products were not available in the store. I never expected such kind of service from Grofers and I don’t know how do they operate in other cities.
Overall, I will not place any other order on Grofers and will never recommend it to others.
