I heard & watched too mand advertisment of grofer online store so I thought to use it once .
As this site is purely for grocery so I ordered so cerals, atta & household item. My total order was of ₹2519. I paied that amount while order.Also at that point of time I got confirmation that your order is accepted and we will send you within 6-7 days
For 6-7 days I was in this hope that I will recieve it within one or two days but when I checked the status of my order so it shows tgat my order is under processing & will shipp it within 1-2 days
So I tried to call their customer care executive for 2-3 times they didn’t recieved my call after that one of executive picked up my I told him order details he put my call for hold for next 10 mins after that he told me in very arrogent manner that the order is under processing we will shipp it within 1-2 days.
My order arrived after 10 days & what I recieved is rotten eggs , pulses were almost about to through it was smelling very pungently.
So I decided to cancel my order I open the website it was in very unorgansied sequence I didn’t found any option to cancel my order. After that by putting my lots of efforts I found that option & cancelled it . they came topickup my order but retured me half amount of my money. I asked them why I recieved half amount so they told me that we will cut the tax or service charge.
So this site is not at all trusred neither reliable so never think to buy anything from this site.
