Worst delivery commitment

Bitterly experienced with Grofers purchase against purchase order ref no Order ID: ORD099199988 dated. Online order placed on 02/05 against 100% online payment and received delivery commitment on 03/05 on between 6 AM to 9.30 AM.


Received another update again from Grofers for rescheduled del commitment by same day from 6 PM to 9 PM. Awaited but not received any response from Grofers.


Surprisingly another delivery update appears on screen on 09th of May’19.


’Grofers’ is commiting in a very ridiculous way like the entire communication.


Given earlier msg received from Grofers for ready reference.’Due to operational issues, we are rescheduling your Grofers order ORD099199988 to 03-May, 08:00 pm-11:00 pm. We apologise for the inconvenience.


You can also update the slot as per your preference from the order details section.’


Informing to all concerned that rating comes by min 3 by default. So giving 3 rates instead of 0 or 1.
