I have been purchasing through grofers since 3 months . Just for the one time I did not received but paid full amount an item I have ordered, and got immediate refund within 24 hour.
Customer Service:- Customer service response is very good and immediate on the apps messaging.
Product Quality:- Product qualities are so good, and well packed.
Delivery Timeliness:- A big shout out for grofers for their delivery timeliness. They are so good in this.
App & Website:- Their app is so user friendly anyone can use it at ease. I don’t use their website.
Reliability:- As I mentioned they deliver in time and their refund system is so easy. So you can rely on them.
