I have been using Grofers since last two months for my monthly shopping. I would like to say I had the best online grocery shopping experience. I will jot down the Pros and Cons of Grofers for your ready reference.
Pros:
1) The price of the products are much less than the actual MRP.
2) Moreover there is always some amount of cash back available ranging from Rs. 100/- to Rs. 250/- on the final price which can be redeemed on your next order.
3) Great delivery timings. You can select from different delivery timings which is very important especially if both husband and wife are working. On time delivery everytime.
4) They have some items packed in the name of Best Value with much less price than the branded ones which is also quite good.
5) Great Packaging. Each and every item is packed properly according to its need. They even covered up the sanitary pads in a respectable manner. Glass items are bubble wrapped.
6) Recently ordered vegetables. They really sent me fresh ones. Thanks to them.
7) Quality of fruits ordered are also very good. They sent the apples in cute little packets which is great to see as well as to keep.
8) They also have some cheap but good quality kitchen utensils.
9) Fish and Meat are also available but I havent tried yet.
Cons:
Nothing much to say here. They need to expand their brand variations. Like we use emami soyabean oil but this item is not available. Only a single brand of soya oil is available. Some items like a particular brand of mustard oil or Glucon D or Pediasure etc frequently goes out of stock which is not a good thing. Another thing I feel is the price of Fish is too much which is almost double as compared to market.
In short a great shopping experience. Go ahead with it. You will love it. Thanks
