Recently I’ve ordered groceries through Grofers. I’ve received a rice bag of Lalitha brand having rice of very poor quality. Very old and boiled rice. Regarding this when I called customer care they have straight away denied to replace rice bag saying that they only supply material but don’t replace. This clearly indicates that they don’t care for the quality of the material supplied. Of all the online services I’m happy with Amazon pantry.
