I want to share my experience about grofers. Last week I placed my order on grofers.com on 27 of November. For free delivery you have to place your order minimum of rupees 500/- that is fine. My order was about Rs.1400/-. They promise to deliver on 28 of November and they kept their promise.
Now the problem part is the quality of products.
The pulses was smelling & the sticker was torn from bathroom cleaner now how can I know the quality, MRP(maximum retail price)and expiry date of the product.
So, I decided to cancel my order but I didn’t found any option for return or cancel. The whole website was unorganized. After lots of efforts finally I found the cancel option & I cancelled my order.
But they were ready to return only half amount of money. I asked why r I received half amount of money then they told me that They will cut the service charge and taxes.
So, my experience was really bad with grofers.
