Recently, a person from blinkit came to my home and gave a parcel and said my wife has ordered via COD and got Rs 186. When my wife came back from office, she said she did not order anything. When I mailed blinkit, their reply was absurd and non-professional saying since the payment has been done they won’t take it back. The delivery person also said the same and did not pick my call after that. After repeated mails, they simply sent mails in a standard format where they apologize and avoid such things in future. There is no mention of what they are going to do with the current order. Cheating and looting people in the name of delivery, I think they are delivering products which lie in racks for months and collect money, clearly a daytime robbery. The customer service does not care even if you call them beggars. Worst company and certainly will close down soon.-
