Transaction failed and amount is not refund

Today I am going to review regarding grofers.com.Today I want to share my worse experience regarding grofers.com.Actually grofers.com is online grocessry shop which sell all grocessry and essential household items.So I come to know about grofers.com through by my friend. So I downloaded their application from playstore.The application looking good.Layout and design is very attractive.giving 10 to 40% discounts in all grocessry and household.So we order some groceries product which cost us 2340 rupees order number #47437546780144 and I made payment through debit card.so there is buffering some time in page and it was continuously for 4 minutes and suddendely message displaying JavaScript not found and balance is debit from account so I thought that my transaction is failed so I contact my bank customer care number and raised complaint regarding my transaction and executive name akshay Gautama raised my complaint telling me wait for 10 days.Your complaint will be resolved with 10 days.So I wait for 10 day . I had getting message your amount successful transfer to merchant so I cannot understand the meaning of complaint and contact to my bank customer care number and and asked his about complaint resolution meaning so executive tell me it is your amount successful transfer to grofer.com.so I contact grofers.com.I tell him about my transaction, amount, order number.so the lady executive talking me very rudely.They first learned how to talk with customer.Such a unpatriotic and pathetic behaviour. She even not call sorry to me.so executive tell me please wait we check your order status in directive tone.she said that yes we having not getting money from that your side .so contact to your bank.So I again contact again to my bank customer care number.They refused to register complaint because transaction is going to merchant and they are not registering unnecessary complaint.so I go to my home branch and give my complaint number they replied me same thing and telling me sir if your transaction is not successful then how you get transaction I’d and order number from grocers.com.Obvisouly it another site and we have not track the status of other company. So I contact again grofers.com and again tell my problem they replied me same thing but they put me on hold and disconnect my call till 6 month I am regularly confronting fight for my money but unable to get my money back.so all user it’s is better to going physical to grocessry shop and purchase whatever you want as compared to these fraud sites.They are just here to loot people money.
