Well being living in metro cities and as a working professional everyone now need someone who could deliver everything at their doorsteps including me. So as A working lady, I too chose Grofers for house hold grocery purchase.
Reason to chose was obviously The initial discount they were giving 20% to new user
Pros: Initial Discount
Delivery at Doorstep
Cons:
Its not really 90 min. delivery for free you have to fill the slot if available not everytime you get it on time
The other major drawback in their system is that they dont accept card on delivery payment which is avilable in Ola Store, Who keeps cash everytime these days.
You wont get everything you ordered sometimes even if it is the major thing in your basket.
Their delivery guys have to purchase all the items by themselves, in one case with me I had ordered branded Rice(120rs/kg) but instead they send some low quality which was showing MRP as 37/kg in bold letter but they still delivered it to me
So I would not use it unless they give me huge discount or something.
