My experience with grofers is just an unhappy. I had ordered groceries three times from grofers so far, but each time ended up with unsatisfactions. So I just stopped ordering from them. Here are the reasons
delivery time is delayed, they will deliver the product after 2days of order confirmation.
they just print high MRP label on products and highlighting discounts on the same. Even after the discount product price remains high compared to outside grocery shops. This I came to know recently.
They just try to clear out old stuff. If ordered, they will deliver you the product which is nearer to its expiry date.
I have noticed few worms in dosa rice, poha, rava, dry copra etc which means that their stock is not fresh or poor maintenance.
There provide confusing bills.
They sell low quality products.
I don’t prefer grofers online shopping.
