I purchased the product and had a bad experience

I placed an order for the Capsule Design Moon Wall Lamp(without bulb) on the 25th jan 2024. The product was delivered to me on the 30th of January 2024, but it was not what I had ordered; instead, it was something else. So, on the 30th of January 2024, I requested a replacement, and on the 31st of January 2024, the product was picked up.


Between the 31st Jan 2024 and today(21st Feb 2024), I have made numerous calls and messages, but so far, I have not received either the original product or my refund. I would not suggest at all that you buy any product from here. They will not respond properly or even pick up your calls.


My big request is please do not buy any product from here.


Update(23/02/2024):


After numerous calls, messages, and consumer complaints, I finally received a refund. Interestingly, they have blocked me on Instagram and Facebook. This is very unprofessional behavior. Thank you, consumer helpline.
