As a 10 months user of blogger and also a owner of a site I would say that this platform is good. But not for advance level websites or high rated websites.

Now with these benefits there are disadvantages also.
You can’t fully customise the theme, there are no plugins like WordPress have, hosting is just fine not so good.
Although blogger is a very useful web engine. and if someone worked hard he can earn a lot after 3-4 months.
