Worst hotel ever, stay away guys

Worst resort I have ever seen.Right from the moment we checked in on 24th Dec we faced very unprofessional behaviour from whole staff. We found glasses in the room were not clean and they were wrapped like new one with papers but once we opened it, they were smelling like were not washed after use. We asked room service boy to get them washed but he said "aap khud bhi to bathroom me dho sakte hain":(


Hot water availability is only 6-9pm and 6:30 to 9:30 am. Water in all rooms were yellow in color, I asked them why the color is different, they said their filter sometime does not work so let tap open for few minutes and it should be fine but no difference.


Towel they provided were not good at all, I bet we can’t use them.sounds like they have not changed them since many years. Sofa and chair in the room were all broken. Pillow cover bedsheets blanket all were very dirty.


Since it was 24th Dec they had compulsory gala dinner charging 1000rs per person. They said usually dinner close by 9:30 but since its gala dinner including DJ and bonfire so there would not be any time boundary but later they forced us to come by 10:30 last.


We reached the Christmas party celebration venue which was on the roof but there was nothing like DJ, they just had a music system there and very less decoration. They did not even put mat on the floor. There were just 2-3 families and they all were disappointed .


We moved for dinner at 9:45 expecting good quality dinner as we paid 1k each but there too they had very limited options and quality was very bad. There were just 2 pieces of paneer floating on a big container. When I picked up roti, I found cold like icecream. I asked manager why they do not have fresh times, he said we will make right away. I agreed and asked to serve to table as he said it may take 10-15 minutes. But he denied saying we do not serve on table . I managed to make video on his rude and unprofessional behavior.


I asked him if he want me to stand there and wait for roties for 15 mins or come to the counter every now and then to see if fresh times arrived or not. After 10 mins roties came and waiters tried to serve to our table but manager came in between and asked waiter to put it back to counter and said "jishko Lena hain aa k lega"


We all were stunned with his behaviour, it was not just me but I many other guest also having arguments with him.


Guys this is genuine review and each and every item I noted is 100% true. Stay away from this resort.
