Blue Cross of India helpline is to take care of animals. Unfortunately, all people working in who handle the call take their work as no care of animals. Two days before, an unhealthy street dog died near our residence due to their carelessness. I called several numbers in websites and customer care to Blue Cross to save that dog and they didn’t bother to pick up the call in emergency time. Really disappointed.
