Bluedart is a too much slow courier service in West Bengal . This is a old courier service, but their service not developed . Few times they delivered my product, which I order during online shopping . Out of these only 2 to 3 times they delivered my product on time at good condition . Except these 2 to 3 times, my experience on Bluedart courier was too bad . Either they don’t deliver my product on time, or they delivered me damaged product .
On time I have order a product on Amazon . This product handed to Bluedart courier on 9th Oct 2016 . Afterthat, it product arrived at nearest hub on 13th Oct 2016 . That time I thought it will be delivered on next day 14th Oct . But, today is 17th Oct, till they don’t attempt to deliver it . I have sent a mail to them, to deliver it ASAP . But, no positive result happened . I don’t know when they will attempt to deliver it .
Previously, few time they delivered me fully damaged product . Onetime, they damage my 3 product . Nearly 90% of vim bar liquid out from the pouch . One time they damage my one order of toothpaste .
Few time, I faced problem, when I track my order . Because, tracking details was not up to dated on time .
Behaviour of their staff was not good( this was for one time, other time was okay) .
So I can conclude that, Bluedart is not a good courier service . I don’t recommend it to anyone .
