After I called the customer care, I questioned him why was my packet not delivered and he said that POSSIBLY the wing number of the building wasnt mentioned. I asked him as to why did the MBA educated delivery boy ( by charging so much they surely must be hiring MBAs to do this job) not call the concerned person or me if that was the reason.
I was told that they have a POLICY that they should not call the receiver or sender. What crap is that? If you are paying ten times of the normal amount to this big f*art i.e blue dart, at least you can expect some commitment ( or if it can be called extra effort) instead of giving such lame excuses. Maybe no courier company does it, but hey, they dont charge that much money also. A one rupee call is the only additional cost per packet that they have to incur in such circumstances . And what they would NOT have got is a review like this which would be read by so many. How much has it cost you and your million rupees brand, Blue Dart, the big F*RT?
