Worst! Worst! Worst! Worst!
One of the worst courier service I ever saw they never ever care about the customers they just making fool every time whenever my any reference send any of my shipment by this platform they never delivered on time.
Every time I need to call them but they never responded. I tried lots of time to connect with their customer service they never ever responded. My shipment was at their Chembur branch that out for delivery but their deliveryman never bothers to deliver it on the accurate address which was provided on the consignment they never tried to call me on my No. which is provided on shipment. This happens twice with me and all the time I need to get in touch with them at anyhow to receive my shipment. They just kept it as it is they never care how much important the shipment is for the customer is. I mailed them twice for each of my consignment.

Want to inform you that your delivery man never tried to reach me even not tried to locate my address as my address on the given shipment is very clear this happens to me the second time from BLUEDART even my landmark is proper with the whole address they never ever tried to reach out me. for them, its its very easy to mark that Unlocatable/Landmark Needed. Seriously my address provided with the consignment is very clear guys please send my shipment back I need it urgently.
Earlier they did the same when I did contact with customer service then only they given my shipment. Now, Ive again tried the No. of Chembur branch no one responded will you guys let them know to please send my shipment ASAP.I request you guys please send via proper deliveryman at least if he couldnt find my address then call me on my No. which provided on the shipment.

Hope you guys remember me again Im writing the same issue. I suppose to get my consignment today but what I saw after the end of the day I got the message as follow:
Dear Customer,
"Blue Dart was unable to deliver Shipment AWB35245919660 from ICICI Bank. To update your address, please call ICICI Bank Customer Care"
While tracking on your website again I saw ConsigneeS Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed I just want to know whats going on with me guys. At my consignment landmark is properly indicated with whole address man what should I do can you guys pls help me out all the time I just have to write a mail to get my consignment I mean seriously your deliveryman is this much stupid or he just dont want to do any kind of work to locate the address. Earlier I did mail then only they deliver my consignment pls I request you yaar its very urgent for me do it on priority I need that consignment on urgent basis. Pls, ask your deliveryman to at least call if he was not able to find the address which is very much simple. Just dont mark as Unlocatable address man its very simple pls I need that consignment by 5th July till 3: 00 pm.

I never suggest you BLUEDART. If you wanna waste your time then go for it.Worlds best pathetic service.
