I have done plethora of shopping online and to my dismay, many of my products have been delivered by BlueDart.
The company delays the shipments unnecessarily, and the tracking page often shows "Delay due to busy network".
Many a time, the consignments haven’t been out for delivery, I haven’t been informed by any call or message, and the tracking status shows "Consignee not available".
Once, one of my orders from Amazon was apparently "Lost in transit" by BlueDart. Though I was refunded the amount by Amazon and had to reorder the product, I couldn’t obtain the same discount price.
The customer service is pathetic. They just don’t pick up the phone. And on the rare occasions that they do, they seem to be clueless about what is happening.
I would definitely not choose or recommend BlueDart to anyone.
