The WORST in aviation world

It’s the worst experience I have. This is not the first time. Every time we have tried it fails. The customer service person’s tone was horrible. Any how they have to suppress their failure. This time one shipment was picked up on 10th and at bluedart’s site against the bill it was showing to be delivered on 12th. But today is 17th it has not been delivered. When talked to the customer service last week they told it will be delivered next week. When I recall today the person was was just shouting on me. And told it will be delivered by week end. When I asked why this delay started to give excuses with bad tone. Lastly told to talk to the company from where I purchased it and disconnected the call.
