Hi Every time when ever I get the courier from others, Without calling the consignee simply they will mention Consignee has been shifted to other address. From past 15 years We are staying in the same address and all other couriers and Post, I will be receiving on time and at the same address. Every time when ever I get the courier from blue dart, I need to call the customer care twice and thrice, then I will get the courier after escalating it.
