Booked a Courier from Langford Road to Anepalya on 16th March 2024, delivered on 21st March 24, It took nearly one week to deliver for a distance of 2 Kms,
Had to call up Blue Dart customer Care everyday to request them to send the Courier immediately, but they kept on giving excuses like Delivery Person not available, Mobile Number not available and finally no such person available at the address.
When my company is 31 years in the same place.
I request the Blue Dart Company to close down the operations and save the people from agony and frustration.
This is the 4th time I am facing the problem, last two times they returned the courier saying no address found.
