Hello everyone, Today I am going to share my horrible exeperience with blue dart courier with me . On 2/09/2017 I sended a parcel to delhi from blue dart couriers and they didn’t deliver the parcel yet . After 1 week of submission of parcel from my side I asked them where is my parcel now but they didn’t say anything about it and they are talking with me very unprofessionally and rudely and whenever I called them on their phone number they always didn’t take my call and if they receive the call they are not wiiling to talk to me and 3 days back I called them and theyare saying that the person on the address is not available when we go to deliver the parcel . They are lies because they are family person and everytime in the home any of family person is available.
