I’ve ordered portronics speaker and product wass hipped from bluedart courier. . The status is showing shipment is out for delivery and it didn’t delivered on that day. I checked the status it showing customer is out of station. I called customer care they schedule the delivery. On next day still delivery guy fooling us by giving false promise for delivery. After contacting again to customer care. The product is has been delivered by end of day. When I ask delivery boy why the status is showing customer is outstation. He when we fail to delivery on same we put any code.
In nutshell, Bluedart hire delivery boys without any training. I’ve seen many cases where delivery boys talk rudely and give false promise. even sometime we have to pickup courier from hub.
