Please avoid Bluedart if you want a quick service. Gone are the days when Bluedart used to deliver in 24 hrs. Now their timeline is 72 hrs even worse than local courier companies and speed post.
Just a comparison:
I sent some document from Hyderabad to Gurgaon in Bluedart by paying Rs.150. They took 3 working days to deliver. The next time I sent in DTDC by paying Rs 65. It reached the next day.
Every time you call the customer care, they keep reminding you that their timeline is 72 hrs. Now recently my friend sent some imp doc to me from Gurgaon to Hyderabad by Bluedart (tracking no:14109809372). He gave it to Bluedart people on 8th. Today it is 11th.
Still I haven’t received it. Interestingly the tracking shows it was picked up on 9th even though he gave it to them on 8th. You people decide what kind of 3rd grade service they provide.
