It is a pathetic service provided.i stand corrected.actually not yet received. I had sent a very important parcel which had to be received within 1 day so had to choose a courier service.
But thanks to the BLUEDART Mangalore branch, for not yet delivering the parcel even after 4 days.
None of them contacted me nor the intended receiver even after clearly providing the contact numbers on the parcel. The delivery guy has specified that the intended receiver has shifted from the location when the person is very well there.
The story does not end here.the customer service is even more pathetic. First representative I called gave me the details but had not patience to hear or provide proper guidance. She hung up on me before I could complete my explanation. Second representative I contacted sweetly gave a wrong number to contact and did not even take the complaint rather asked me to email on a general email id which I can definitely not depend on getting any response. Now I am all by myself not knowing where to contact or what to do.
