Most unprofessional company, totally unreliable. here is why. Shipment returned to shipper due to address incorrect / incomplete At the same address, at least five shipments have been delivered in the past to me by Bluedart courier itself.
The same can easily be confirmed in their data too(if they have any data of past deliveries..unlikely for a useless company)
There was nothing wrong with the address, the fault lies squarely on Bluedart, for not attempting delivery and feeding incorrect information on the Tracking website. The correctness of the address was confirmed by me by the shipper i.e from ICICI bank.
On oneoccasion, one delivery executive from Bluedart did call me for directions/ clarification regarding the location of the address, His name and number are : Shubaham Suryavanshi, Mobile : 702023xxxx. I even sent him a Google location of the address.
Totally unprofessional and unsatisfactory redressal of customer’s problems by Bluedart and team. Utterly disgusting.
NEVER TRUST THESE CHEATS. JAAGO GRAAHAK JAGO.
