I was supposed to receive a shipment through Blue Dart. They did what they do best, which is updating the status as "Incorrect Address" and on calling their pathetic customer service, uttered what they always do "Collect it from our office, we can’t/won’t deliver at your doorstep"
It’s high time E-Commerce sites in India stop using this lazy, utterly unprofessional courier service.
PS: STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOCKERY OF A COURIER SERVICE AT ALL COSTS.
