My friend shipped a courier to from Noida to Hyd on Feb 17 and it wasn’t delivered till Feb 20. When I verified the tracking status.its mentioned that it was shipped back to Noida, since the address wasnt traceable
Then the real struggle started.
Called the toll free no: 1860 233 1234 couldn’t be connected through mobile. We have to call from a landline only.
Next I called the hyd no:(040) 23311919/2110. No one picks up d call. Then I called the bng no:(2502 1234).They said the address couldn’t be traced hence its shipped back to the Noida(the address was clearly mentioned on the courier with the land mark and contact details too, but no one bothered to call).
When I requested for the hyd no: they have provided the no: 04066161234, which isn’t working and it routes to the toll free.which couldn’t be connected from mobile. When I requested for Noida no/ Delhi no, they provided the following nos(01204302400 01166111234), where no one picks up the call and I have faced the real mental torture for more than 2 hours.
The next day.again I called to the bng no and I was shocked from the response of the customer executive(Bindu).according to them.thy have 2 options for the courier to be sent.say A, costs 310.B costs 420.since the sender selected option A thy will verify the address.if thy couldn’t trace then thy will ship it back.if the sender would have sent through option B(420) then thy will definitely deliver the courier(though the contact details and the address is clearly mentioned on the courier they haven’t tried to call to the customer too.).
The reason for selecting is bluedart is its an international courier service and we expect the service to be better compared to the local service agents. Unfortunately, they too act in the same way. Its a very imp document.and the consignee is waiting for the document.its more than a week and still not delivered.
Never go to blue dart service.especially hyd. They work only for the sake of the money.and never picks up the call.
