I have ordered a product through E-bay, it is coming through BLUE DART ( MISER PEOPLE).
Almost 5 days gone, Everyday I get a mail from E-bay stating "Sorry we missed you! We tried delivering the order with the following details to your premise but were unable to." . I couldnt understand first.
But the case is simple, I gave my office address along with my mobile number, since I thought they will come to office and call me through mobile. I called customer care, They gave me one hilarious statement " Our normal procedure is, Our Delivery person wont directly call to the people"(cost cutting)-- Is this happening anywhere?
