For a courier delivery reported status as "Address unlocatable" when 2 days ago they could make a delivery at the same address for another courier.
Very big liars. Stay away from them. They will not even hesitate to return courier and make you suffer. No customer compliant line nor they will track the guilty employee to ensure no future mistakes.
They just don’t care.
