Blue Dart Courier Service is always the last service you will get. In your mobile notification will come that delivery man is out for delivery. And that message it will keep coming till 2 days. And on the third day you recieve one message stating the guy cane but no one was there at the door to pick up. This happened with me when I was suppose to get the parcel from Snapdeal. Staying at home and glancing the fake message was too much to digest.
Ridiculous! There should be a line for lies.
Blue Dart Courier Customer Service is too bad, not at all helpful. They dont even provide phone number of the delivery man in the message. How the customer will contact?
The staff is too nonsence.
Personally I would never use Blue Dart Courier Service, but sometimes when am about to recieve something thru BlueDart, then it is a disaster.
