Recently I have experienced the worst service from blue dart courier. I had ordered one product from Snapdeal on May 24th and it supposed to come by 28th of May as per their web bill.
On May 30th, I got a message from Snapdeal that my product has been delivered.Immediately I called them and got to know that they have shipped it and it should come by the end of the day. I searched for blue dart customer care number and called them. Since then, 18 times me and my colleagues called them and every time they promised the item would be shipped at the end of the day.
That order was a send-off gift for one of my colleague. It was very embarrassing for us as we couldnt giver her the gift on her last working day. Finally, one of my colleague, called them and fought with them for 30 mints. We got that product at 8 p.m. after 9days of delay and loads of bullreasons.
