My wife had ordered an item from FabFurnish.com and it was supposed to be delivered by Blue Dart.So, this is not essentially my story but as narrated by my wife.
The item she ordered was for Rs. 821. When she opened the door to the Blue Dart guy to accept the package, she handed over a Rs. 1, 000 note to him. He promptly said that he didn’t have any change and also told my wife that she should have kept the change. His logic is that she should have the change because she had placed the order.
My wife told him that she could give him Rs. 21, but this guy was adamant. He behaved in an extremely rude fashion and said that he would come back for delivery the next day and she better keep the change with her. However, he didn’t know that my wife is a Leo and her temper is famous in our family. She gave this guy a piece of her mind and literally threw him out. She also told him that if he dared to deliver the next day, she would refuse to accept the package.
I must add that the guy who delivered the next day was extremely well behaved.It’s amazing that in this age of intense competition, companies allow their representatives to behave in such unprofessional manner. And companies as well known as Blue Dart.
