Worst customer care and delivery

I am expecting a shipment from BlueDart that has been shipped to Bangalore on October 29, 2013. It is not delivered to me yet, in spite of my correct & complete address. When I check the BlueDart website it is saying: "Consignee’S Address Incomplete. Contact Customer Service".


I had to try multiple times to get into their customer service. They have only one number in Bangalore and it would be busy most of the time. I somehow managed to get into their customer service and provided my land mark and contact number on the first day. They told me that it would be delivered on the same day or next day. But nothing happened on that day. I called up their customer service next day. They told me that it is on its way to delivery. But, as usual no call from their delivery team. I called them up again today (for the third time) to check. The response I got was that my number was not reachable.


I can’t believe it because I have configured missed call alerts on my number and I have answered all the calls yesterday. I provided them 2 contact numbers today and currently hoping that it will get delivered today. So in summary they have a very bad tracking system and the customer service. I will not recommend this courier for others.


If you are contacting their customer service, better to do it on early mornings.


Note that I am getting all my letters and other shipments from other courier companies and India Post.
