Bludart ruined my holiday plans.

I never expected an unethical behaviour from Bluedart services. I had an important package from my bank to be delivered onto my office address.


The courier guy simply updated the tracking status as "need department information". This was when he didn’t even visited my office.


Upon calling the customer support, the lady there informs me that the courier guy tried calling me but my cellphone was unreachable. When I said that he can call me again as I am on my desk, she tells me that the courier guys do not carry a cellphone. My question: How in this world did he called me if he is not allowed to carry a cell phone?


When I called them again, the other lady tells me that the person went to my office reception and he was sent back from there. I asked all my office security personals present on all the three floors and everyone said the same thing "Sir, no one from any courier service came into the office since morning".


Bluedart, Is this the way you run your business? Your person didn’t came to deliver the packages and because of this my trip got cancelled as I needed that bank document for my trip.


I never expected this level of unprofessionalism from you guys. I’ll make sure that no one in my friend circle(personal and professional) uses your pathetic services.
