I just express how poor their service can be. I bought a laptop from Amazon and unfortunately they gave it to blue dart to deliver. The order was given 14/9 and it was supposed to deliver by 19/9 but they delivered it on 24/9 when called up to their customer care multiple useless and baseless reasons.
Through their tracking system I could see that it is right next to my home( a mere 200m) but they didn’t deliver. Numerous tickets and numerous calls didn’t yeild any results . I even asked if I collect from their godown but they didn’t allowed . All in all avoid if you can. Amazon pls avoid them as your famed logistics partners.they don’t deserve a single star
