I lost my icici bank credit card on 18 th October. Bank promptly sent the replacement card on 19 th from Mumbai . This card very promptly reached blue dart office near my location ( kharar) on 21st October. Despite my calling so many times to blue dart local office and national customer care , they have not delivered the same to me till today on 23 Rd October. My entire festival shopping for deewali and the festival has been spoilt by blue dart express .
Do not depend on this courier as they charge very high but no response from customer care.
