Blue dart by far is the worst courier company. Even India Post is more reliable than this company. I received two packages from different sources but Blue Dart sent them back saying that the address is invalid. Looks like if the delivery is farther than the DC, Blue Dart doesn’t even try to deliver but send it back.
Kind of money making tactics. Blue Dart had my contact number, but didn’t even bother to call me to get the actual address if it was required. If you call them they will saying that they tried 3 times but no one was at home. Stay away from this unethical company.
