My courier was due for delivery 15 days back but still not delivered. No one shows up for delivery but the online status changes to Premises Closed.You write emails to their customer care team, they blabber like parrots saying the matter has been escalated, inquiry being done blah blah but nothing moves.
You try to call their helpline no which is either out of order or busy.You call their local office, the phone is never answered. In short, nothing works when it comes to expediting with BlueDart.
I shall now move this case to Consumer forum and teach these basts a lesson.
